Hi @annahead128, Indeed, it’s a great technique. I’ve been in software development/delivery and know it by the term “Empathy Mapping.”
I have used this technique for over a decade with many customers. I have learned much about them, their work environment, and their issues, allowing our teams to design and deliver suitable solutions.
