Guys, Agile first, the frameworks as secondary. To be absolutely sold on a framework causes you to lose opportunities for the team to find their “Agile sweet spot”.

Forgive the little vent. I hate the the Agile charlatans and naysayers on LinkedIn. It does not help the community. I feel like responding to them but do not want to “cast pearls before swine”.
I can relate with what you are saying. These distractions hinder progress and genuine conversation within the Agile community. Focusing on constructive dialogue is key to meaningful growth.
