Guys, Agile first, the frameworks as secondary. To be absolutely sold on a framework causes you to lose opportunities for the team to find their “Agile sweet spot”.

Forgive the little vent. I hate the the Agile charlatans and naysayers on LinkedIn. It does not help the community. I feel like responding to them but do not want to “cast pearls before swine”.

Just attended a transformative talk on Adaptive Leadership by Ram Srinivasan at the Agile Americas 2023 LiveVirtual conference presented by Xebia. Highly recommend checking it out when the recording hits YouTube. I can’t remember how I came across it but I’m so glad I did. If you can get away for a few hours do it! You won’t regret it.
