You need to know how things work so that you can easily understand when they are not working. Sometimes, trying to help without a full understanding of why things are the way they are can do more harm than good.

Last week I had an onboarding meeting with @tojewunmi . With as busy as I’ve been lately (coaching PSM2, helping a few clients with their website/SEO/ecommerce, working on my degree, etc.) I wasn’t sure I would have time.
