As the saying goes – you can either chose to make time for your wellness, or you will be forced to make time for your illness.
Please be sure to prioritize and make time for your selfcare this weekend.

One of my favorite selfcare activities is drinking a glass of cold-pressed “Green Lemonade” juice after my workout everyday.
It has apples, cucumbers, spinach, kale, and lemons.
