If you’re a newcomer to this growing community welcome and for those who have been here before, welcome back. Let me reintroduce myself.
Hi, I’m Steph. I worked in tech within corporate for 15 years and transitioned roles 9 times. During that time I mastered interviewing and salary negotiation skills, securing 20% pay increases each time. This experience sparked a passion for career coaching. That led me to create my own company to help others find rewarding careers.
Over three years, I’ve guided over hundreds of career changers, some even achieving up to $50,000 salary increases. They also found fulfillment, flexibility, and impact in their new roles.
When I’m not coaching, I’m enjoying life’s adventures with my young kids, cycling, playing tennis, and relaxing at the beach. I’m also continuously learning, and eager to bring the best in career advice to you.
