I am a highly experienced Agile Transformation and Strategy Execution Coach and Trainer specialising in aligning strategy with execution at scale. I hold multiple accreditations, including; International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF ACC), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practice Consultant 6.0, ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).

In 2023, I led an organisation wide OKR implementation for a large US transportation logistics company, providing OKR training, coaching and strategic execution consultancy. Throughout 2022 and early 2023, I led a Lean Portfolio Management adoption at a large US financial company to help them align around value and become more outcome focused. I have been an integral part in multiple global SAFe implementations, one for a multinational food, snack, and beverage organisation with revenues of over $60billion and over 250,000 employees and secondly for a large US based financial services company of over 15,000 employees and revenues of over $8billion. On both transformations I provided transformational thought leadership, lead coaching, remote working workshops, and executive consultancy on multiple programs, launching multiple agile release trains, spanning 4 continents. I am also experienced in enabling an agile approach to the deployment and adoption of an SAP transformation. Since January 2017, I have facilitated over 35 PI Planning Events for their respective ARTs. In 2014, I was shortlisted for “Best Agile Coach or Mentor – Process” at the 2014 UK Agile Awards.
