Biography | I coach teams to continuously focus on improving their performance while focusing on the goals of each iteration of work. All of this is done while maintaining transparency and communicating to all parties concerned, including stakeholders and customers. Over the years, I have successfully led co-located and remote teams, as well as those across multiple time zones and continents.Bruce Lee once stated, “Obey the principles without being bound by them.” In that spirit, my approach is to follow the Agile principles as closely as possible without being rigid and losing sight of the needs of the organization, its teams, and the customer. I adapt the principles of Agile to each unique environment while removing impediments that could hinder a team from delivering the best work possible. I have consulted for many years but now I would like to see the effects of my work long-term. Essentially, I am looking to live in the house that I helped build rather than leaving it for others. |
