• Tracked pipeline vegetation management regulations and best management practices for the USA and Canadian provinces, including: 49 CFR 195, Federal Noxious Weeds Act, API Guidance for Conservation Programs on Pipeline Right-of-Ways, SA 1973 c 34, Alta Reg 115/1993, SA 2008, RSA 2000, RSO 1990 c W.5, SO 2007 c 6, Environmental Guidelines for Location, Construction, and Operation of Hydrocarbon Pipelines in Ontario.

• Experienced in pipeline environmental land management, including vegetation management and best practices.

• Responsible for implementing dual use right-of-way infrastructure for

both pipeline and habitat conservation corridor.

• Familiar with ArcGIS/Fieldmaps tracking methodology for baseline and progress assessments.

• Responsible for cross-company program and interactions with American Petroleum Institution (API) and industry peers.

• Conducted interviews to establish client’s baseline understanding of HSE legislation and to develop corrective actions as needed.
