I am a Business Agility Coach who specializes in helping companies optimize and improve their Business Operations by working closely with leaders and teams.

I have over 27 years of experience in operations and leadership roles and combined with an Engineering degree, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Business Operations & Management, I am uniquely positioned to help companies solve difficult operational problems.

I coach Operations leaders and teams to help them understand the root causes of the blockers they face and then show them to apply the values, principles, and practices of Business Agility to solve them and become a high-performing organization.

My specialty is combining the best of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking in what is now being called Business Agility, to drive individual and organizational performance improvements.

From an industry and sector perspective, I carry with me deep experience in back-office business operations, supply chain, IT, logistics, retail, and HR. I have coached leaders for many years and bring empathy and understanding to my work that helps leaders reach their full potential and deliver outstanding results by empowering their teams to reach greater heights.

I have lectured at the MBA level in many Universities in Europe (Business Operations and Global Leadership), been a keynote speaker at conferences, and am also an inspirational trainer. I have done workshops and interventions in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia on Leadership, Personal Development, and Growth, at both individual and team levels.

I am based in Bratislava, Slovakia but open to travel for work when needed.
