Biography

I am a dedicated Scrum Master passionate about guiding teams through the Agile process. In my role, I act as a coach, facilitator, and mentor, ensuring that everyone on the team understands and follows the Agile principles and practices. I specialize in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and work together towards common goals. My day-to-day involves organizing and facilitating various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, where we reflect on our progress and continuously improve our processes. I also work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that the team is always working on the most valuable tasks. Additionally, I’m skilled at identifying and removing obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, whether they’re related to resources, communication, or any other aspect of the project. Ultimately, my goal is to help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Work closely with PO and business to understand the requirements and create the Project Roadmap with various milestones
