I have worked with teams across various industries, coaching them on agile practices, facilitating agile ceremonies, and helping them adopt a growth mindset. As a self-avowed Agile Outlaw, I am deeply passionate about coaching teams to customize processes, practices, and tools to fit their needs instead of going by the book.

In these roles, I have gained experience in implementing change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. My most recent company-wide initiative on Outcome-Based Planning increased user engagement by 265% and increased adoption of the Xero Product Framework from 50% to 77%
