At PeopleFun, after 8 months of working as a QA Analyst, I was offered the role of QA Lead/Manager and I worked closely with WordSearch, Blockscapes, Wordscapes and BricksNBalls teams. I also wore the hat of Scrum Master and contributed to implementing Scrum practices in teams and facilitated scrum events.

stakeholders during UAT and logged defects based on the feedback.

● Approved the releases by conducting regression testing in Staging environment and did smoke test

on Production environments by executing the post deployment validation scripts.

● Continuously tracked the stories/bugs and monitored the progress of sprints, escalated any

concerns/impediments to the managers.

● Managed a team of 3 testers and acted as a key point of contact for all QA aspects and

approved the releases.

● Identified test cases for automation, consolidated regression test cases and reduced
