Coached several Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams through Program Increment Planning, iteration planning, iteration review, system and team demos, and retrospectives. Executed an experimental $480K Agile hybrid Cybersecurity project and tranche funding pilot that completed under budget, all benefit metrics realized, on schedule, and fulfilled MVP scope.
