Biography

I am an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with a focus on training scaled agile principles to leadership and software development teams. My 20+ years of experience includes a diverse knowledge in marketing, data analysis, cyber security architecture and software development. One key to success was understanding the various data file partners (FiServ, Jack Henry/Symitar, Q2, UltraData, and Digital Insight) and providing clients with preliminary file analysis and document template review.

Key Accomplishments

  • Managed two projects with new data source partners for regional banks and credit unions.  The development team’s expanded expertise added new leads to the sales team pipeline.
  • Gained the confidence of four at-risk clients that resulted in renewed contracts.
  • Created a process to reduce custom client inventory that streamlined printing processes and shortened time from printing to mailing.
