ChatGPT is a tool, and like any other tool, the output depends on the person who wields it.
Change is inevitable!
If you look at the diffusion of innovation bell curve, on one side there are early adopters who embrace the risk and adopt the change, and on the other end there are laggards who resist the change until they are forced to change.
The role of a Scrum Master is not going away anytime soon!
However, Scrum Masters who are early adopters will embrace the change and use tools like ChatGPT to level up their skills and profit from it.
You always have a choice – adopt and profit.
