Building and Supporting a One-Team Culture as a Scrum Master

- Build trust and psychological safety: Create an environment where team members feel safe to express their ideas, opinions, and concerns without fear of judgment or reprisal.
- Encourage continuous learning: Support the team in their professional growth by providing opportunities for learning and development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
