En mi caso, me enfoco en hacer que las reuniones de planificación sean más fluidas y menos tediosas. Para ello, durante el actual sprint en ejeción organizo reuniones estratégicas con los CEOs, donde definimos las prioridades del roadmap del producto durante el Sprint Grooming semanal. Luego, llevamos esas prioridades al equipo técnico y a los funcionales para refinarlas, asegurándonos de que el sprint candidato esté listo para la próxima planificación. De esta manera, garantizo que todos los stakeholders, tanto del equipo de desarrollo como del estratégico, estén perfectamente alineados.

In my case, I focus on making planning meetings more fluid and less tedious. To do this, I organize strategic meetings with the CEOs, where we define the product roadmap priorities during the weekly Sprint Grooming. Then, we bring those priorities to the technical and functional teams to refine them, ensuring that the candidate sprint is ready for the next planning session. This way, I guarantee that all stakeholders, both from the development and strategic teams, are perfectly aligned.

Great approach! Aligning priorities early on is key. I focus on continuous feedback loops and involving end-users in the process. This helps us ensure that we’re always adding real value to our products.
