How I Plan My Week in 5 Minutes Using AI
Let me give you a secret: AI isn’t just for content. It’s for clarity.
Every Sunday night, I plan my week using a 5-minute AI workflow.
Here’s how you can do the same, even if you hate planning.
🧠 Step 1: Voice Dump
I open a note or voice app and speak everything that’s on my mind:
Client tasks
Content goals
Personal errands
Reminders
Ideas floating around
Don’t organize. Just dump.
💬 Step 2: Feed It to ChatGPT
I paste or transcribe my voice notes into ChatGPT with a prompt like:
“Organize this into a weekly schedule. Break it down by day. Include focused work blocks, breaks, and light reminders.”
The result? A balanced plan, based on my own goals and energy.
🗓️ Step 3: Paste Into My Calendar or Notion
Once the plan looks good, I either drag and drop it into:
Google Calendar (color-coded)
Notion task list
A simple sticky note app with reminders
🔁 Step 4: Ask for Daily Summaries
Bonus tip: Ask ChatGPT to turn your week into daily summaries or even gentle morning reminders like:
“Today you’re focusing on content and admin. Remember to take a walk at 4 p.m.”
Why does this matter?
Because clarity saves energy.
You don’t waste time figuring out what to do next.
You don’t let your emotions hijack your productivity.
You show up, on purpose.
This system has saved me from decision fatigue, procrastination, and even burnout.
And it starts with just 1 conversation with AI.
