Agile is all about someone’s “Mindset” Agree? or Disagree? I would love to hear your feedback in the comments.
View more commentsAgreed, Agile is indeed all about mindset! 🧠 #AgileMindset #SimplyAgile
Agreed, Agile is a mindset, a fact that eludes many who profess to practice it.

Who here likes to follow a different retro each time you hold a Sprint Retrospective meeting? I know Sprint Teams like to have variety in their retro formats to keep from it being the same old thing. Any Retrospective formats that you would like to share? Comment below with your favorite Retro format! #Scrum #Agile #Retrospective 🎉
I like to use IdeaBoardz.com Retros as well as Miro. There are over 100 templates for Retros for MIRO and MURAL on Virtual Agile Coach’s site! https://www.virtuallyagile.co.uk/

Challenges. Whew! They can be taxing at times, but if you take them on and address one small piece at a time you can make progress. Let’s get comfortable being uncomfortable and make some progress. You can do it!
@Charlene Love it! Growth always happens outside our comfort zone!
