January 2021 I was laid off and it took me 6 months to find a job.
During those 6 months it was an emotional roller coaster – I was looking for support with my job search, but couldn’t find a community which met that need.
Einstein defines insanity as doing the same thing again and again expecting different results.
Our world has changed – looking for work the same old ways is just plain INSANITY!
Isn’t it time we changed the way we searched and found work with fuels our ikigai.
Instead of a heartless transaction – Isn’t it time we invested in building relationships.
Job Providers – There no need for you to shotgun blast emails in hopes of hitting a job seeker anymore.
Job Seekers – There’s no need for you to to be fearful of recruiters who will ghost you anymore.
