      To you, what is the number 1 impediment to Agile adoption? For me it would be ego. How ’bout you?

        @runnerdad totally agree! Have seen ego been an impediment too many times!

        I would also add ‘job security’ to your list

          Good point. I often think “job security” falls into ego with the mindset that I’m am too valuable to the company for them to get rid of me.
