What’s the best way you break the ice on a team? I use “Bad Dad” jokes. I was sooooo bad at it that I had a team get me a t’shirt that said “Bad puns are how eye roll”.

This is pretty interesting about AI and Scrum Mastery. What do you think?

Guys, Agile first, the frameworks as secondary. To be absolutely sold on a framework causes you to lose opportunities for the team to find their “Agile sweet spot”.
@runnerdad oh man! there’s so much dysfunction out there – them’s fighting words for some “agilists” – especially for those who are “certified” 😄

Forgive the little vent. I hate the the Agile charlatans and naysayers on LinkedIn. It does not help the community. I feel like responding to them but do not want to “cast pearls before swine”.
I can relate with what you are saying. These distractions hinder progress and genuine conversation within the Agile community. Focusing on constructive dialogue is key to meaningful growth.

To you, what is the number 1 impediment to Agile adoption? For me it would be ego. How ’bout you?
@runnerdad totally agree! Have seen ego been an impediment too many times!
I would also add ‘job security’ to your list- View 1 reply
