Carol has been passionately immersed in the Agile space since 2010, where she has spearheaded community engagement and strategic growth in leadership roles at Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, and Scrum@Scale.
Her passion for building relationships earned her the nickname “Community Carol” at Scrum Alliance, and her commitment to fostering collaboration make her the perfect leader to help us unite the Agile landscape.
She will drive our mission and cultivate an environment rich with opportunities where individuals and organizations are inspired to pursue their purpose. Her vision aligns with our core pillars of Community, Coaching, and Careers, and we are excited about the future under her leadership.
