At the age of 11, I lost my brother Diego; 7 years ago, I lost my father; 5 years ago, I lost my mother; and two months ago, my wife and I lost a baby in a horrible way.

I’d recommend taking a few career assessments to evaluate what they’d like to do. We should make sure they are still interested in a technology career before sending them straight to Agile certifications.
